Car Club / Car Share / Taxi

Car Club
Car hire for short trips can and provide cost‑effective and convenient alternative to owning a private vehicle, particularly for occasional trips or journeys where public transport is less suitable.

To encourage more sustainable travel choices, a travel incentive scheme will be made available to residents at the King James’ Park development. This is expected to include a voucher of up to £160 per household, which can be used towards a range of travel options, such as:

The aim of the scheme is to support the use of active and sustainable travel modes, making it easier to walk, cycle and use public transport for everyday journeys.
